Growl 1.3.3 has been released and is immediately available. This release addresses problems with case sensitive file systems, and should address the toolbar issue some people were having i.e. where the toolbar would not show up.

Growl 1.3.3 also works towards addressing issues with high cpu problems that some people have encountered.
