We here at The Growl Project would like to introduce a new Extra to you, called Capster. Today marks the 2.0 release of Capster. This application has been worked on primarily by one of our volunteer developers, Vasileios Georgitzikis (tzikis for short). It's a great utility for those who need to know that their CapsLock key was pressed.

There are quite a few celebrations happening over the next few weeks. Christmas, Boxing Day, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, and even New Years. That's a whole lot of parties!

HardwareGrowler
HardwareGrowler 1.3.1 has been released. This release has just a few changes:
- Addresses a crashing issue when Growl is running.
- Updates the application and menubar icons.

SDK
We have released the 1.3.1 SDK. The update to the SDK is available from our developer downloads section:
This update includes the following:
- MultiGrowl - Shows you how to load different versions of the framework based on OS X version. Useful for those who support 10.4/10.5.
- Mist respects the default registration list
- We now prefix GCDAsyncSocket. Those using the 1.3 framework should update to the 1.3.1 framework as soon as possible for this fix.
- Resolves an issue where if the hostname is not set. Those using the 1.3 framework should update to the 1.3.1 framework as soon as possible for this fix.
